Payment for goods:
- Payment is done only after the goods are received (Payment on delivery) in cash or by the card at the department of Nova Poshta or directly given to the courier from “Nova Poshta”;
- The delivery cost is paid by the customer at rates of “Nova Poshta”. In some cases, the advance payment for the delivery can be required. The advance amount is 200 uah;
- The full prepayment for goods is optional. If you choose the full prepayment option, the delivery cost will be reduced. On default, all parcels are sent to the customers P.O.D (payment is done after receiving and the visual check of the goods by the customer);
- The goods are delivered by the delivery service provided by “Nova Poshta” only. The self-delivery goods option is not available. This has a positive impact on price policy.
Return/exchange of goods:
You have the right to return or exchange the goods, purchased at the online shop, during 14 days since the moment of purchase. To return/exchange the goods is possible on the following terms:
- The goods are not used, without visual damages (scratches, dust, dirt, etc) or any other sign of the usage;
- Factory label, package integrity, all tags, and receipt are preserved.
If you wish to return/exchange the goods - please contact our manager to get detailed information about the further return/exchange procedure.
* We are not responsible for the goods that were sent by the customer for return or exchange if our manager was not informed and if the return/exchange procedure was realized with violations.
