Public offer

Introduction

This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is an official offer of the online store Jordan.in.ua (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to conclude a contract for the sale and purchase of goods remotely with any person (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") who has expressed a desire to use the Seller's services. Acceptance of this offer is carried out by the Buyer placing an order for the goods through the Seller's website.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1.2. The acceptance of this offer by the Buyer is carried out by placing an order on the website Jordan.in.ua.

1.3. From the moment of acceptance, the Buyer is considered to be familiar with the terms of this Agreement, agrees with them, and has entered into this Agreement.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods selected and ordered on the website to the Buyer’s ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. The characteristics and cost of the goods are determined on the product pages on the website.

3. Ordering procedure

3.1. The buyer places orders independently on the Jordan.in.ua website, selecting the products of interest, adding them to the cart and filling in the necessary data for delivery.

3.2. After placing the order, the Seller contacts the Buyer to confirm the order, clarify details and the delivery method.

4. Price of goods and payment procedure

4.1. The price of the product is indicated on the website next to the relevant product and includes all taxes.

4.2. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer using one of the methods offered on the website when placing an order.

4.3. The Seller has the right to change the prices of the goods unilaterally. However, the price of the goods ordered by the Buyer is not subject to change.

5. Delivery of goods

5.1. Delivery of goods is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine in accordance with the conditions specified on the website.

5.2. The cost of delivery depends on the method and place of delivery selected by the Buyer when placing the order.

5.3. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are transferred to the carrier.

6. Rights and obligations of the parties

6.1. The Seller undertakes to:

  • Comply with the terms of this Agreement.
  • Provide the Buyer with the goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of the Buyer's personal data.

6.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

  • Accept and pay for the goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
  • Provide accurate and truthful information when placing an order.

7. Return of goods and funds

7.1. The buyer has the right to refuse the goods before receiving them, and also to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, if they have not been used and their marketable appearance is preserved.

7.2. Refunds are made to the Buyer’s bank card or by another method agreed upon by the parties within 7 working days from the date of return of the goods.

8. Responsibilities of the parties

8.1. The Parties shall be liable for failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of their obligations in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

8.2. The Seller shall not be liable for improper performance or non-performance of the terms of this Agreement in cases of force majeure.

9. Force majeure

9.1. The Seller shall be released from liability for violation of the terms of this Agreement if such violation occurred as a result of unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) beyond the control of the Seller.

10. Term and termination of the contract

10.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon acceptance by the Buyer and shall remain in effect until the parties have fully fulfilled their obligations.

10.2. The Seller has the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally in the event of a breach by the Buyer of the terms of this Agreement.

11. Other conditions

11.1. This Agreement is an official document and is published on the website Jordan.in.ua.

11.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. Changes shall come into force from the moment of publication on the website.
