Return and exchange rules

You have the right to return or exchange the goods, purchased at the online shop, during 14 days since the moment of purchase. To return/exchange the goods is possible on the following terms: 

• The goods are not used, without visual damages (scratches, dust, dirt, etc) or any other sign of the usage; 
• Factory label, package integrity, all tags, and receipt are preserved. 

If you wish to return/exchange the goods - please contact our manager to get detailed information about the further return/exchange procedure.  

* We are not responsible for the goods that were sent by the customer for return or exchange if our manager was not informed and if the return/exchange procedure was realized with violations.
